2. Overview

Smart Build OS is a cloud-based construction management platform designed to assist contractors in managing projects, operatives, documentation, and reporting.

By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

4. Subscription & Billing

Payments are processed via Stripe.

Pricing ranges from £199 – £249 per project per month

Pricing varies depending on number of active projects

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

Refunds are handled case-by-case. No guaranteed refunds and no refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Use of the Platform

You must use the platform lawfully

You must not upload harmful or misleading content

You must not attempt to access other users’ data

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all uploaded content (photos, RAMS, site diaries, operative data).

You are responsible for accuracy, compliance, and safety.

7. AI Features Disclaimer

AI outputs are assistive only and must be reviewed. We accept no liability for AI-generated content.

8. Health & Safety Disclaimer

We are not responsible for site safety, HSE compliance, or accuracy of documents.

9. Smart Stream Feature

Information may be displayed publicly on screens. Users are responsible for appropriate use.

10. Data Storage

Data is stored using Supabase infrastructure.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, project delays, or safety incidents.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time.

14. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
